Independently perform skilled tasks in troubleshooting, operating, replacing, repairing, and maintaining of commercial air conditioning and heating systems,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection or building maintenance.
• EPA CFC Universal Technician certification required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily mechanical tours to ensure safe operation of equipment and systems.
• Adjust HVAC controls to meet tenant comfort and lease requirements.
• Monitor automation systems and alarms; identify and resolve faults.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Respond to tenant requests and document actions in the service system.
• Carry out basic building maintenance tasks (re-lamping, plumbing, locksmithing, painting).
• Attend toolbox meetings and mentor colleagues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Work a regular shift and respond to emergencies after hours.
