Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years of related experience, EPA CFC Universal Technician, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years in HVAC or related building systems.
• EPA CFC Universal Technician certification required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily tours to ensure safe operation of equipment and building systems.
• Adjust HVAC controls to meet tenant comfort and lease terms.
• Monitor automation systems, logs, alarms, and report faults.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance per standards.
• Respond to service requests and document actions.
• Conduct general building maintenance such as re-lamping and painting.
• Attend toolbox meetings and mentor colleagues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
