Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or related building maintenance.
• EPA-certified CFC Universal Technician required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using appropriate tools.
• Ability to evacuate refrigeration systems, test leaks, recover refrigerant and replace components per regulations.
• Proficient with PC and mobile devices; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily mechanical tours to ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment and building systems.
• Adjust HVAC controls to maintain tenant comfort and lease compliance.
• Operate and monitor automation systems, logs, and alarms; record faults and actions.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance per standards and document in service system.
• Respond promptly to tenant and management requests and document actions.
