Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support installation projects, preventive maintenance, and on-call repairs in Washington DC. The role offers a day shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to work on a variety of commercial HVAC systems.

Candidates should have 10+ years in the field, a valid driver’s license, and universal CFC certification.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
HVAC license and CFC certification required.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
10+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition.
Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems including VRF, RTU, and chiller systems.
Provide direction to subcontractors when needed.
Interface with building personnel and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
Document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders.
Purchase materials and maintain inventory for timely completion.
