Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an HVAC Mechanic for the 1st shift at the Hunt Valley Plant in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The role covers operation, repair, maintenance, and installation/inspection of HVAC systems to keep facilities running smoothly.

Under supervision of the Maintenance Facilities Manager, you will handle preventative maintenance, document tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC mechanic with at least five years of experience.
• Must have CFC certification and knowledge of 3-phase power.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, maintain, and install/inspect HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document tasks.
• Use SAP CMMS to complete work orders and requisitions.
• Identify root causes and propose improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage AHU filter inventories across three sites.
• Read blueprints or PID drawings.
