McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks a Millwright for the 3rd shift at the Hunt Valley Plant in Hunt Valley, MD. The role requires installing and aligning equipment, repairing parts from plans, and performing basic masonry work in a large 1,000,000 sq. ft. facility with flexible scheduling to support business needs.

The candidate will weld, braze, read blueprints, use rigging equipment, and operate SAP CMMS to manage work orders. Strong teamwork and the ability to lift 70 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years relevant facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to weld, braze and use heat for metal straightening.
• Read blueprints or PID drawings and interpret plans accurately.
• Experience with rigging equipment and hand tools.
• Familiar with shop tools and metal forming machinery.
• Must be flexible with work schedule and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and align equipment, repair machine parts per instructions.
• Perform basic masonry and concrete work as needed.
• Inspect, audit and repair plant fire safety systems.
• Fabricate machinery and components from metal, weld as required.
• Use SAP CMMS to complete work orders and requisition materials.
• Identify root causes and propose continuous improvements with teams.
