LB&B Associates is seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support its subcontract providing operations and mechanical maintenance services for government facilities in Kansas City, KS. LB&B Associates Inc. is a subcontractor to TeamGOV.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment.
2. Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
• Must possess or obtain N.A.T.E. certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial HVAC equipment.
