HVAC Mechanic (Maintenance)

LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support its newly awarded subcontract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services of government facilities in the Kansas City, KS area. LB&B Associates Inc. is a subcontractor to TeamGOV. Incumbent employees are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment and building systems.
2. Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with general maintenance knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification.
• Technical training in HVAC (highly desired).
• Ability to obtain N.A.T.E. certification.
