Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, PA seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain residential apartments and public areas on our beautiful campus. You will ensure residents have a comfortable, safe home by performing light maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

This on-site position starts at $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. You will be part of a team dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to implement plans from Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to adapt to new industry techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

How you will make an impact

• Perform light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance
• Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
