Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation across our Maris Grove campus. You will respond to emergencies and ensure safe, efficient operation for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in HVAC maintenance, strong communication skills with residents, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role is onsite with competitive starting pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to perform light maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls for system or equipment failure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Location: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an HVAC Technician! You will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus. Your work will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.

Compensation: Starts at $25.00, commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance
• Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
