Who we are:

We are a fast-growing industrial skilled trades recruiting firm seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join our team. Established in 2010, we have expanded across the US, focusing on Commercial, Industrial, Renewable Energy, and Marine industries, providing skilled tradespeople for these sectors.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Select gage and type of sheet metal based on product requirements
• Locate and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets
• Set up and operate fabricating machines like shears, brakes, and punch presses
• Shape metal using hammers and forms
• Set up and operate soldering and welding equipment
• Smooth seams and joints with files and grinders
• Install assemblies at worksites according to blueprints using hand and power tools
• Inspect assemblies for conformance with specifications
• Handle VAV/s Hanging straps and ductwork

Requirements:

• Understanding of shop math
• Proficiency with tools, metals, and machinery
• Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints
• Focus on accuracy and standards
• Ability to perform various duties that may change frequently
• Good vision (corrected or natural)
• Full use of hands, fingers, arms, and legs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds
• Stand for extended periods
