Get a sign-on bonus of $4,668, paid in two installments within 12 months of hire: $2,334 within 30 days of hire, and $2,334 after 12 months.

This recruitment is for three (3) Facility Maintenance Technician – Mechanical Trades – Journey positions (00060647, 00060648, 00061723). Applying will consider you for all three positions.

Responsibilities include supporting campus HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and complex air drying systems. Tasks involve performing preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment such as refrigerated air dryers, DX units, package units, ice machines, Liebert systems, dehumidification systems, and small chillers. Troubleshooting complex control circuits, replacing compressors, repairing refrigerant leaks, replacing fan/blower motors, and maintaining EPA refrigerant logs are also required.
