Job summary

NovelAire Technologies LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking a Manufacturing Production Assembler/Technician to join our HVAC equipment manufacturing team. You will assemble, fabricate, install, inspect, or test products according to department assignments and engineering specs.

You will read work instructions and blueprints, use hand and power tools safely, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality and production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, mechanical, electrical, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, install, inspect, or test products according to department assignment.
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, schematics, or production documents.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, & manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
