AAON, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Manufacturing Worker I to assemble and install components on commercial HVAC units in a production setting. You will read blueprints, perform quality checks, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to work instructions, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old preferred, with prior manufacturing experience beneficial.

Competenze

Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.

Mansioni

Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units according to specs.
Read blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts.
Communicate with team to maintain workflow across the production line.
Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies.
Move materials and finished products to designated areas using proper handling methods.
Maintain a clean and organized work area with safety practices.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or shortages to supervisors.
Wear required PPE and follow health and safety regulations.
