NovelAire Technologies LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking a Manufacturing Production Assembler/Technician to join our HVAC equipment manufacturing team. You will assemble, fabricate, install, inspect, or test products according to department assignments and engineering specs.

You will read work instructions and blueprints, use hand and power tools safely, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality and production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, mechanical, electrical, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

We are continually seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team.This is an evergreen posting for various production and manufacturing positions within our facility. Candidates may be assigned to a specific department based on experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and current business needs.**Potential Department Assignments**Successful candidates may work in one of the following manufacturing areas:Mechanical AssemblyAssemble equipment bases, wall panels, frames, and mechanical components using hand and power tools while following engineering specifications and quality standards.Piping AssemblyInstall and assemble piping systems and related components used in HVAC equipment.
