Job summary

NovelAire Technologies LLC is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production of HVAC and dehumidification systems at their Baton Rouge facility. This hands-on role will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, process design, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in production.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical assemblies and HVAC processes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for HVAC and thermal systems.
• Troubleshoot assembly, test, and performance issues on the production floor.
• Develop manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and BOMs.
