Job summary

NORDAM is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic A (HVAC) to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in our Tulsa facilities. You will handle electrical and mechanical servicing per applicable regulations and company policies.

Ideal candidates possess 4–7 years of HVAC maintenance experience, an associate degree or technical schooling, and current state licenses plus Oklahoma driver license. You will work first shift, documenting actions and supporting emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems expertise and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work with electrical and mechanical components.
• Safety equipment use per 29 CFR 1910 requirements.
• Current valid state and city licenses; valid Oklahoma driver license.
• Owns basic hand tools and uses them properly.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and maintain HVAC systems and components.
• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair valves, motors, controls, wiring, pumps, and piping.
• Maintain building systems including plumbing and electrical interfaces as needed.
• Document maintenance actions in equipment logs and report issues.
