Job summary

Socket.dev in Broken Bow, OK is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

You will handle tasks including repairing various systems, replacing components, adjusting thermostats and switches, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Two years of related experience and EPAHVAC licenses are required. Weekly wage access is available.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal License and HVAC Certification are required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning maintenance.
• Two years of experience or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain low pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units, and air conditioning units.
• Replace fans, belts, motors, gaskets, filters, and compressors, and lubricate parts.
• Adjust and install switches, gauges, thermostats, valves, tubing, transformers, pressure regulators, controllers, and other parts.
• Establish cost of repairs and equipment replacement.
• Operate specialized machinery and tools used in HVAC repair.
• Maintain all mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.
• Inspect lighting throughout the property, identify problems and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of rules, regulations, and controls.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
