Job summary

Jarboe's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Louisville, KY is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality residential service. You will join a supportive, high-performing team, performing tune-ups and system inspections with precision on every call.

Requirements include 1–2+ years of residential HVAC experience, Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License, EPA 608, NATE certifications, a valid driver's license, and basic HVAC tools. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred).
• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus).
• Basic HVAC tools in possession.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call.
• Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development.
