Williams Comfort Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in the Midwest to deliver high-quality residential service—maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs—with professionalism and integrity.

You will use ServiceTitan or similar software, and you will be rewarded with base pay plus bonuses, a company vehicle, tools, and comprehensive benefits designed to support your growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend solutions.
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently and to company standards.
• Accurately complete service invoices and documentation.

What Will I Do?

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

• Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams

• Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy)

• Properly close out jobs immediately after completion

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle

• Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation

• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career

Do I Have What It Takes?

We’re looking for professionals who take ownership of their work and care about their craft.

Required:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required to drive company vehicle

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Have basic HVAC tools in possession

Preferred (but not required):

• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)

• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred, not required

• Experience using ServiceTitan
