Island Palm Communities is seeking a General Maintenance Associate - Duct Cleaner to clean and maintain HVAC ductwork and components at Schofield Barracks, HI, improving air quality and system performance. The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to respond to service calls and urgent repairs as needed.

Qualified applicants have a High School Diploma or GED and can use mobile devices to update work orders and communicate with supervision throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to deadlines with sound judgment.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.
• Ability to use a mobile device for updates and communication.
• Ability to use and maintain specialty equipment.
• Must have a current vehicle license and meet driving record standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform cleaning and maintenance of residential HVAC ductwork and components.
• Respond to on-call after-hours emergencies and urgent repairs as needed.
• Update work order status with time, materials and notes on mobile devices and submit paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle and vehicle inventory as prescribed.
