Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I to assist with routine residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance tasks.

Under supervision you will diagnose equipment, perform maintenance, document work, and ensure customer satisfaction while upselling replacements when appropriate. A high school diploma or GED and EPA/safety certifications are required, with valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years HVAC experience with technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, analyzes, and repairs HVAC equipment to ensure reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide timely updates.
• Handle parts delivery, paperwork, and collect payments.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and vehicle stock; promote services to customers.
