Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform precision tune-ups on HVAC systems in Somersworth, NH. The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and EPA/safety certifications.

You will work with a field supervisor to service residential equipment and ensure customer satisfaction. Applicants should be willing to travel to service calls, document work details via handheld devices, and assist with parts delivery and installation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training or certification preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• 0-2 years HVAC maintenance experience or installation experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and precision tune-ups on HVAC systems and accessories.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Document work orders and parts used with handheld device.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide status updates and resolve issues.
• Promote products and services to customers and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle with proper inventory and care.
