Job summary

Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air in Eugene, OR is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform residential maintenance and tune-ups and to educate homeowners on repairs and maintenance options. You will build strong relationships with customers and support the field team with accurate notes and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on systems under 10 years old.
• Inspect equipment, identify concerns, and clearly communicate recommendations.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance plans, options, and financing opportunities.
• Maintain a clean work area and well-stocked company vehicle.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and job notes; support team with documentation.
