Legacy Service Partners is seeking an HVAC Technician - Maintenance to inspect, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring reliable comfort for customers.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, test thermostats, replace worn parts, and document work while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in HVAC industry and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting parts.
• Inspect HVAC units to identify and diagnose issues.
• Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and other system components.
• Replace or repair defective parts, such as motors, belts, filters and electrical components.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
