Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers.
• Participate in ALL company-sponsored training classes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls.
• Accurately document age and type of each system component.
• Inspect area for cleanliness after job completion.

Skills

Solid communication and customer service skills

Ability to pass NATE Core Test

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Education

GED or High School Diploma

Associate's degree in related field preferred
