Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly
• Paint and maintain grounds
• Address maintenance issues in areas of A/C, electrical, sheetrock, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements
• Clean and maintain grounds including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
