Tarantino Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle residential service requests, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and prepare vacant units for turn-over. The position calls for 1–3 years of maintenance experience, including apartment turns, painting, and drywall work, with a focus on customer satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs).
• Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs).
• Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry.
