Job summary

La Posada in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker HVAC to respond to resident HVAC requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years related maintenance experience.
Candidatess must be able to use basic tools and perform preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

Responds to resident HVAC malfunctions and performs timely repairs.
Checks freon levels and repairs leaks as needed.
Inspects condensers for electrical, fans and compressors operation.
Inspects evaporators and ensures proper function of parts.
Maintains records and EPA regulated information.
Maintains clean and safe work areas and equipment.
Works safely and attends mandatory trainings and meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
