La Posada Green Valley, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team. The role covers general repair, safe operation of tools, and servicing buildings and equipment to support resident care and campus operations.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to complete work orders, perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and ensure clean, safe work sites daily.

Qualifications

• Maintenance worker role requires versatility across trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Ability to operate tools and small equipment safely and follow maintenance logs.
