Job summary

Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric in Stoneham, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, explain findings to homeowners, and help customers choose repairs or replacements while following safety standards and using up-to-date tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC Maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
