Job summary

Sila Boston is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician in Stoneham, MA. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform tune-ups, and explain options to homeowners. You’ll ensure safety, accuracy in documentation, and uphold a high standard of customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in HVAC, EPA 608 cert, and are comfortable using Service Titan. Valid DL required; opportunity for growth with a supportive team and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, minisplits and AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical issues to customers.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is a plus.

Responsibilities
