Northern One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in the Twin Cities is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our residential HVAC service team. Join a positive, team-driven culture focused on quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

We offer hourly pay plus commissions, a company vehicle, weekly training, and advancement opportunities. Requirements include 1+ year experience (or apprentice), valid driver's license, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year as a maintenance technician or apprentice.
• Ability to run maintenance calls.
• Mechanical inclination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run maintenance calls and service HVAC systems.
• Assist with repairs and routine maintenance.
• Participate in installations as needed and on-site duties.

Requirements
