One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Minnesota is hiring Maintenance Technicians to service, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems. The role focuses on running maintenance calls, delivering quality customer service, and contributing to a team that values safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year as a maintenance technician, or apprentice.
• Ability to run maintenance calls.
• Mechanically inclined is a plus!
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Positive Attitude and being a team player is a MUST!
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Boiler Experience helpful
• Professional appearance and friendly personality

Responsibilities

• Run maintenance calls and service HVAC equipment.
• Support residential HVAC service, maintenance andinstallation tasks.
