One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Installation Technicians leads and 2nd's in Wilmington, DE. The role delivers world-class service from start to finish on every install, replacing systems and connecting gas, electric, and fuel lines with care and compliance.

Expect 3-5 years of installation experience, own tools, a valid license, and a safety-focused mindset. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $35.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime, training, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to drive a DOT vehicle.
• Your own hand tools and a commitment to safety.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service from start to finish on every install.
• Safely remove and replace existing HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, boilers).
• Connect utilities - gas, electric, and fuel oil lines - with care and compliance.
• Fabricate and install sheet metal transitions with clean, level, plumb craftsmanship.
• Commission, test, and verify all system performance.
• Lead and mentor your crew to uphold company standards.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and spotless truck.
• Complete digital paperwork accurately and on time.
