Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead a small team of service, maintenance, and install technicians on residential and light commercial systems.

You will troubleshoot malfunctions, ensure safety, maintain the company vehicle, and collaborate with the owner on growth metrics. EPA 608 license and 5+ years of residential HVAC experience are required; we offer competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• E.P.A. 608 Universal License.
• At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues, repairs, and problems.
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Monday–Friday work schedule; option to work a weekend shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise.
• Must have basic tools.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determine general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify required repairs.
• Maintain a neat work area and assure cleanliness after each job.
• Convey a safety‑conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home.
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out.
• Oversee a small team of HVAC service, maintenance, and install technicians.
• Work directly with the owner on growth strategies and performance metrics.

Job Duties

Minimum Requirements

• EPA 608 Universal License
• At least 5+ years Residential HVAC Experience
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues, repairs, and problems
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment

Compensation: $34-$40 / hr and additional incentives

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
