One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an Authority Brands affiliate serving the Pompano Beach area, is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician who will provide maintenance on newer residential systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include Comfort Club maintenance calls, documenting work on invoices, and coordinating with dispatch. The company offers competitive pay, a service van, strong benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Verifiable residential HVAC maintenance experience is greatly preferred.
• EPA or NATE certification is preferred.
• Solid communication and customer service skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as part-replacement calls.
• Accurately document age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services, and services completed.
• Debrief with dispatch after each service call.
• Respect the customer's property by inspecting the area for cleanliness after job completion.
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
• Always maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Abide by all company standards of performance and code of ethics.
• Participate in all company-sponsored training classes.
