Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to provide routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems in the Naples area. You will perform maintenance calls, document service details, uphold company standards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma
• Associate\'s degree in related field preferred
• Ability to pass NATE Core Test
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls and parts/component replacement as needed.
• Document age and type of each system component on invoices and costs for services performed.
• Debrief service call with dispatch after each visit.
• Inspect job area for cleanliness after completion.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain a professional image and courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
• Follow safety policies and company standards and ethics.
• Respect customer property and participate in training sessions.
• Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
