• Holds an active Connecticut D1, D2, G1, G2, B1, or B2 license (Required)
• Takes great pride in performing highly thorough, detailed equipment maintenance and safety checks

• Earns strong commissions by honestly presenting options for safety updates, parts, and maintenance plans without selling junk they don't need

• Performing high-quality residential heating and cooling precision tune-ups and system maintenance.
• Verifying system safety, checking electrical components, and cleaning coils/burners properly.
• Identifying and documenting worn components before they turn into costly emergency breakdowns.
• Educating customers on their equipment health and clearly presenting preventative maintenance plans or minor repair choices.
• Delivering honest, solutions-based recommendations—keeping the homeowner happy, not corporate bean counters.
• Representing Service Stars with integrity and craftsmanship on every call.
