Job summary

Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of HVAC systems across the resort facilities. This role supports guest and employee comfort by ensuring HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently while managing filter replacement programs and HVAC-related inventory.

Qualifications

2+ years of HVAC, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices.
Experience with inventory management or materials tracking.
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with contractors for complex repairs.
Execute scheduled HVAC filter replacements across multiple facilities.
Monitor indoor air quality and identify filtration-related system concerns.
Maintain inventory of HVAC filters, parts, and maintenance supplies.
Respond to HVAC-related work orders and service requests.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Support general maintenance operations as needed.
