Job summary

Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of HVAC systems across the resort facilities. • 2+ years of HVAC, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices.
• Experience with inventory management or materials tracking.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on HVAC systems.

Job Summary
