Job summary
Monarch Investment and Management Group in Reynoldsburg, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician II for Creekside at Taylor Square Apartments. You will perform make-ready, on-site maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance to keep units in top condition.
The role requires HVAC or EPA certification, drywalling, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and water heater knowledge. Benefits include quarterly bonuses, 401k matching, paid holidays, PTO, and health plans.
Qualifications
- HVAC or EPA Certification required.
- Drywall and painting skills.
- Plumbing knowledge including copper soldering.
- Electrical knowledge of outlets, switches and fixtures.
- Appliance repair knowledge (fridge, stove, dishwasher, disposal).
- Water heater knowledge (electric and gas).
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
- Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants.
- Painting/Staining interior and exterior surfaces.
- Manage and implement a preventative maintenance program.
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
- Cover a 24/7 emergency cell phone.
- Snow removal when required.
