Aspen Square Management in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to keep our properties running smoothly. You'll perform routine HVAC maintenance, handle repairs, and prepare units for new residents with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (property management or housing advantageous).
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work, able to go off-site.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance, perform repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make-ready’s, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
