TLR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – HVAC for Rio Apartments in Tampa. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and timely service requests across the properties in the area.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the team, responding to emergencies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of hazardous materials per regulations.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification up-to-date and valid.
• HVAC license or certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Willingness to travel to other properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative tasks in the community.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Keep common areas and grounds neat and safe.
• Respond to emergency calls, including after hours.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.
