Job summary

TLR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – HVAC for Lenox Apartments in Tampa. The role focuses on maintaining safety, security, and comfort for residents, visitors, and staff, taking on maintenance duties in supervisors' absence.

Responsibilities include completing repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other regulations. The position requires EPA and HVAC certifications and at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Up-to-Date Universal EPA Certification required from an approved and licensed authority.
• HVAC Certification License required.
• Swimming Pool Certification not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities including repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and construction in a timely manner.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and support an ongoing improvement plan.
• Keep common areas neat and secure, ensure storage areas and vacant units are locked when not in use.
• Respond to 24-hour emergency calls and travel to other properties as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and stay updated on best practices and regulations.
