Job summary

Aspen Square Management is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Tech for Indigo Isles in Jacksonville. You will perform routine and emergency HVAC maintenance, complete work orders, and prepare apartments for new residents while collaborating with maintenance and office teams to uphold high property standards.

The role requires hands-on HVAC expertise, EPA licensure, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA certification/licensure required.
• Hands-on HVAC system expertise and preventive maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (readies and punch lists).
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall property visuals.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.

Position Description

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents make readys and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work ability to go off site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time the ability to operate equipment and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
