Job summary

Cranney Home Services is seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team and service residential systems across our Massachusetts service area.

You'll work on home comfort systems, communicate recommendations clearly to homeowners, and maintain detailed service notes while upholding a safety-first approach. Join a supportive, team-oriented environment where your skills grow and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a licensed HVAC training program.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to run service calls independently.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage systems.
• Basic knowledge of A/C and furnace components.
• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with thorough service notes.

• Ask thoughtful questions and listen to homeowners' needs and concerns.

Requirements
