Job summary

IES is seeking an HVAC Leadman/Trainer to support installation, service, replacement, or operations across projects. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with field teams, customers, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the ability to train apprentices while maintaining safety and documentation on active job sites in Corpus Christi, TX.

• Experience with HVAC rough-in installations and new construction projects.
• Ability to train and mentor HVAC apprentices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable systems or software.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
