Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems. You will lead a team, provide technical expertise, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of HVAC experience (residential preferred), 1–2 years in lead install, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience, ideally residential.
• 1-2 years of lead install experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification for environmental compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to high-quality work and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and mentor Install Helpers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Interact with homeowners and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain organized work area, handle inventory and tools.
• Perform jobs at heights and in tight or varied environments.
