Job summary

O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Service Technician to service, repair, install, and propose replacements in Delaware County and Main Line clients' homes and commercial buildings. The role includes an on-call rotation and a schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturdays.

We offer a competitive wage of $35.00 - $45.00/hr based on experience, plus spiffs and commissions, along with comprehensive benefits such as health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of residential service and maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• NATE certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Propose equipment replacements while following manufacturers' recommendations and local codes.
• Represent the company in homes and commercial buildings with professional conduct.
